Permanent MakeUp is a form a tattooing that enhances a client’s appearance by implanting pigments beneath the skin’s surface. The pigment is placed in the brow, lip and upper eye line by a motorized tattoo machine. Though tattoo machines have been around since the late 1800’s the modern version allows cosmetic artists to perform these services safely and near pain-free. Topical anesthetic is used to make clients comfortable through the process. Single-use needles are used on all clients to maintain sanitation standards. Treatment preparation and aftercare are extremely important for the healing and results of PMU. There are contraindications to permanent makeup and we may request a doctor’s note prior to providing service to clients with certain conditions.
